Carlos Felipe Cabeza
Chief Execute Officer.

Carlos has 20 years of experience in the audit, consultancy and private capital sector.

He is a specialist in transaction consultancy, the creation of business plans, consolidation systems and scorecard management.

He joined the Mediterráneo Group in 2010 after having served as Transactions Support Manager at Deloitte Madrid, Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen, and Finance Director at the Famosa Group, amongst other positions.

He holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Oviedo, and has also completed a number of Finance courses at Stanford University and the London School of Economics.

Francisco José Quiles Fenoll
Vice President of Mediterráneo Global.

After launching his career at Arthur Andersen, Francisco is backed by more than 20 years of experience in a number of sectors, including industry, healthcare, education and finance.

In 2014, he took on the challenge of leading a new business initiative in DON PANCHO Group. It focuses primarily on a wonderful industry: tourism.

During this time, he also led a diversification plan that enabled the group to enter financial businesses and the real estate industry, and more recently the property management sector.

Degree in Business & Management from the University of Alicante.

Andrés Castejón Martínez
General Director of the Property Administration Department

Andrés has 27 years of experience in the property administration and real estate intermediation sector.

Over his professional career, he has held different management positions in internal auditing, business management and expansion departments.

Since joining the company in 1989, he has been involved in a range of significant projects, both as part of the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo Group and at present.

He holds a degree in Economic and Business Studies from the University of Murcia, and he is a registered Property Administrator and Real Estate Property Agent.

Bartolomeu Vich Roadhouse
Managing Director of Mediterraneo Homes

Bartolomeu has nearly 15 years of experience leading the technical construction department at Hansa Urbana, coordinating the entire development process for more than 4,800 homes in Spain.

Additionally, he was the Technical Director who coordinated and managed the construction of the Novo Cancún housing development, consisting of 700 luxury homes in Cancún, Mexico.

As the Managing Director of Mediterráneo Homes, he currently leads the that handles home sales and unique transactions for investors.

Technical Architecture degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Executive Finance Programme at FBS.

Mónica García Ocheda
Head of the Legal Department at Mediterráneo.

Mónica García currently leads the M.S.G.I., S.A.U office in Valencia. She joined the company in 2013 as the Head of the Legal Department at Mediterráneo Global Services. 2010, S.L.

Her responsibilities include managing communities of property owners and handling matters with administrative bodies in order to certify the legal entity.

A member of the Valencia Professional Association of Lawyers since 2001, Mónica has extensive experience in civil, commercial and judicial proceedings.

Oscar Rodríguez Sánchez
Institutional Client Director

He has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry.

He has dedicated his professional career to property investment firms, financial institutions and real-estate agents.

In recent years, he has served in management positions, managing large customer portfolios and leading teams.

Óscar joined the Mediterráneo Group in 2004 after having served on the General Board of TI Participaciones and as Product Manager at Mediterráneo Mediación (both part of the CAM Group).

He holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Alicante, and is a registered real-estate manager.

Javier Sevilla García
PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

Javier has spent his professional career within the property sector, working for appraisal firms and property project management firms.

Specialising in process organisation and management, he has been involved in a range of asset portfolio appraisal and review projects for institutional customers.

He holds a degree in IT Engineering from the University of Alicante and an MBA specialised in General Management from FBS.

Juan Miguel Fabá Sánchez
Director Fincanciero

Juan Miguel se incorporó al Grupo Mediterráneo en 2011 tras haber ejercido varios años como Responsable Financieroen compañías del Sector Inmobiliario-Construcción y de Controller-Financiero en compañías de Consultoría Tecnológica.

Desde su incorporación, ha estado involucrado en todos los proyectos de mejora continua de la compañía en el área financiera y de los Recursos humanos.

Es Diplomado en Administración de empresas por la Universidad de Alicante, Master en Dirección Económico-Financiera FBS, y acreditado como Experto Contable superior,y en el Módulo Financiero de Sap Business One.

Raquel Abenza Puchol
Responsable de Recursos Humanos

Raquel es responsable de Recursos Humanos del Grupo Mediterráneo.

Ha desarrollado su carrera profesional en funciones clave dentro de distintas organizaciones tales como Beiersdorf, Sol Meliá, Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación, FBS Business School o Next Capital.

Cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en seleccionar, contratar, formar y retener al personal que la organización necesita para lograr sus objetivos. Apuesta por las personas como centro de las organizaciones.

Licenciada en Economía Universidad de Alicante y Bachelor in Business Administration Hogeschool Zeeland.

Ricardo Tafalla
Director de Negocio en MiServ

Durante de los últimos años ha ocupado diferentes puestos dentro de las Áreas de Administración, Auditoría y Compras del Grupo, gestionando las compras y suministros de Mediterráneo, con criterios de eficacia y competitividad acorde con los objetivos estratégicos.

En la actualidad, como Director de Negocio en Miserv, Ricardo tiene a su cargo un equipo enfocado al desarrollo de la plataforma de gestión con proveedores con total rigor y orientación al cliente.

Licenciado en Economía por la Universidad de Alicante. Máster en Economía en Universidad de Alicante.

Jesús Santidrián del Álamo
Responsable de Expansión en Madrid

Jesús cuenta con una trayectoria de más de 20 años vinculado al mundo de la Administración de Fincas e intermediación inmobiliaria.

Ha desarrollado como socio-director un despacho profesional referente en la Comunidad de Madrid y, en una etapa posterior, ha ocupado diversos cargos de responsabilidad en las empresas más competidas del ramo.

Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Miembro del Ilustre Colegio de Administradores de fincas de Madrid y del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.

Joaquín Torregrosa Seller
Responsable Dpto. Expansión

Joaquín cuenta con 13 años de experiencia en el sector de Administración de Fincas, e intermediación inmobiliaria. Inició su carrera como administrador independiente, incorporándose a Mediterráneo en el año 2012.

Desde 2013 se ha encargado de iniciar el desarrollo del departamento de Expansión de Mediterráneo, enfocándose tanto en acuerdos con otros profesionales como en mejoras operativas para el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos.

Diplomado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Alicante. Título ESADE especializado en Marketing y Contabilidad.

Beatriz Sellés Pacheco
Gerente de Servicio

Beatriz cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en la gestión de servicios administrativos, desde el ámbito público hasta el ámbito privado, especializándose en el sector de la construcción e inmobiliario.

Desempeña el cargo de Responsable de Gestión Administrativa de Alquileres, coordinando y supervisando a un equipo formado por 30 personas.

Cualificada para la estructuración de tareas, seguimiento de equipos, análisis y tratamientos de datos, está habituada a gestionar un gran volumen de trabajo con un grado elevado de exigencia.

Diplomada en Ciencias Empresariales por la Universidad de Alicante.

José Antonio Reyes Cerdá
Administrative Services Supervisor at Mediterráneo Global

José Antonio has more than eight years of experience in the administrative management of real estate property for financial institutions and investment funds.

He joined the Mediterráneo Group in January 2014 after working as the Operations Manager at Mediterranean CAM International Homes (now SOLVIA).

He has held positions such as Coordinator, Team Supervisor and Management Controller in a number of projects for institutional clients.

He has a degree in Business & Management from the University of Alicante and an MBA from Miguel Hernández University.

Gabriela Gómez Gómez
Administrative Services Supervisor at Mediterráneo Global.

Gabriela has extensive business management experience in the services sector, specifically in accounting.

She joined the Mediterráneo Group in 2019 after working as an Analyst and Administration Manager in the private equity and risk capital funds sector.

She holds a degree in Business & Management from Venezuela’s UJGH as well as an MBA specialised in Business Intelligence and Controlling from FBS.
